THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF RACISM AND UNJUSTIFIED KILLINGS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA UNDER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP.
There has been general outcries and outbursts against President Donald Trump on his racism moves and supports against the Black Americans and Blacks generally.
In the United States today, the political space and citizens atmosphere is largely occupied by claims and disagreement with President Trump who has occupied himself with racism, apparent to citizens and the global sympathisers.
However, in the US, there is a two party system of operation named the Democrats Party and Republican Party. President Trump won the Seal of United States under a Republican Party after defeating former Secretary of States, Hillary Clinton who vied under Democrats Party aiming at succeeding President Barack Obama in an election keenly contested and majorly decided by the United States Electoral College.
Prior and post poll, President Trump keeps advocating and initiating policies against the Blacks and African nations, evident in his immigration policy, work permit, granting of citizens stay in U.S,etc. He has never seize to hide his obvious hatred against black nations and black race.
Very recently and concurrently, President Donald Trump initiated an open assault on the person of Ilhan Omar.
Ilhan Omar is a Congresswoman in the United States Parliament representing the people of Malthusian District. She used to be Somali-American. She was(in the past) a refugee in America who sought asylum from Somalia as a result of war and unrest in the country, together with her family members. She became a US citizen under the provision of United States law and vied to a Seat in the Parliament and won. She had vied sometimes back, lost but recontested and emerged.
Ilhan Omar and three other Congresswomen, Rashida Tliab, Alexander O.C and Ayanna Pressley are dominant threat to President Donald Trump in the governance and political sphere of the country as we speak.
In a public address President Trump made to address his supporters, he made an aggressive statement saying "send her back" to the people. He was majorly inciting Americans against Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.
However, in that respect, many Americans have stood up for Congresswoman Ilhan Omar against President Trump. A Senator in the US, Bernie Sanders noted that he is proud of the work Ilhan Omar does at the Congress. However shade President Trump of "stoking the most despicable and disturbing currents in the country. And that very hatred and racism fuels him. We must fight together to defeat the most dangerous president in the history of our country." he concluded.
Another notable American Congresswoman, Neera Tanden noted that "Trump want us so dispirited we are immobilized. Turn your fear into anger. And your anger into energy."
Congresswoman Ilhan Omar when addressing members of the press, commenting on President Donald Trump statements against her said, "I am where I belong, at the people's house and you're just gonna have to deal!". She notably told the president that she is staying at the Congress where the people elected her into just like him as the president.
She furthered noted while addressing her supporters that, "Together we are building a movement that is inclusive of all people; centered on racial, social, economic, and environmental justice. Sign up now to join our movement and let's hold Trump accountable together."
The Speaker of the United States Congress, Speaker Pelosi remained an important figure fighting for the place of Blacks and against racism in the US. When President Trump said "send her back" to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, she made arrangements to dishonour the statement of the president. Ilhan Omar tweeted: "They said "send her back" but Speaker @SpeakerPelosi didn't just make arrangements to send me back, she went back with me ✊
So grateful for the honor to return to Mother Africa with @TheBlackCaucus and commemorate The Year of Return!
#Doorofreturn #Ghana"
Speaker Pelosi took Ilhan Omar to a sacred and significant place in Ghana where it symbolises "return", an honor for Ilhan Omar and a mockery to the person of President Trump.
President Trump continued to target these four progressive lawmakers known as the "Squard" while his senior advisers pushed back against assertions from Democrats that he is a racist.
President Donald Trump statements, body signals and policies have equally been causing serious havoc to Americans.
In El Paso and Dayton in the US, there were reported cases of mass shootings and brutality on Americans and occupiers of the places. These are areas predominantly occupied by the Blacks. There was 251 mass shootings in the United States in 216 days in these communities.
Americans and of course the Blacks, the Democrats, the "Squard" believes President perpetual hate speeches against the Black initiated the Whites to freely shoot and massacre their fellow citizens. Many had described the incidence as "domestic terrorism" on the soil of America. America believed to be most secure place on earth and where the world power resides.
The Democrats in the Parliament are thus pushing to legislate on 'Gun Control' to address the perpetual killings. This bill is expected to ensure that not every American will have access to use guns at will, the licence will be restricted and minimised to ensure security of Americans and the country.
A U.S Senator from Vermont and candidate for President of the United States, Senator Bernie Sanders tweeted, "The federal government must ban assault weapons and implement a buyback program to get assault weapons off the streets."
The 44th President of the United States, President Barack Obama equally expressed concern about the increase killings in the United States and ask the government to address it and stop fanning the embers of hate and racism on the soil of America.
As the United States of America draws closer to another national election, there have been variables trying to connect the dot if President Donald Trump will win his reelection bid as the 45th president of the United States or lose out to a Democrat candidate, those who have been advocate for equal rights, stop to hate speeches and racism in the U.S.

POLITICS: THE REALITIES BEHIND IBRAHEEM EL-ZAKYZAKY ORDEAL AND NIGERIA GOVERNMENT
The controversy and agitation surrounding the activities of the Islamic Movements of Nigeria(IMN) also known as the Shi'tes Group led their leader Sheikh Ibraheem El-Zakyzaky is still fresh in the social and political tempo of Nigeria.
The group share a doctrine that contradict the purposeful sovereignity of Nigeria as a nation. The IMN dominate a portion of Nigeria land in Kaduna state, possesses able-bodied men as her soldiers and terrorising the peace of the country.
This however is against the law of the country. On numbers of occasions, the Shi'tes are found of breaching the peace and free movement of Nigerians on federal roads. They block roads and delay road users from movement. At a point in time, they blocked the convoy of the Chief of Army staff, Maj. Gen. Tukur Buratai and in respect a soldier member in his convoy lost his life.
The group have been responsible for many breach of public peace and resulted to loosing of lives and properties, majorly in Kaduna state.
This and numbers of reasons informed the decision of the government to arrest him and charge him on numbers of count charges in the court. Since 2015, El-zakyzaky has been in the custody of the security operatives answering questions and facing count charges.
Very recently, the IMN members/Shi'tes occupied the street of the country's federal capital territory, Abuja on a "heavy" protest. The protest was said to be in expression of their discontentment of the government holding their leader in custody. The groups claimed their leader has not been charged to court or face trial, they were demanding for immediate release of Ibraheem El-Zakyzaky and his wife.
The said protest generated bloodshed and public unrest. It resulted to violence. A Deputy Commissioner of Police(Operations) lost his life in the cause, many brutally injured, and gross of Shi'tes members were arrested.
Down the lane, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja ruled in favour of Shi'tes group who had sought for a medical trip of Sheikh ibraheem El-Zakyzaky to India. The trip was to be carried out with him wife, Maryam.
The Department of States Services(DSS) coordinated the obedience of the Court Order and oversaw the Shi'tes leader and his wife travel to India on purpose of taking medical attention.
Sheikh Ibraheem El-Zakyzaky cried out from India claiming Kirikiri Prison is better than the hospital he was admitted in India.
The Permanent Secretary of Nigeria's Ministry of Information and Culture, Grace Isu Gekpe who spoke on behalf of Nigerian government in a press release claimed Ibraheem El-Zakyzaky and his wife Maryam planned to escape to Iran through some connection outside the arrangement of Nigeria and India of his initial purpose of traveling, which is to take medical attention.
The government however foiled that attempt and plan and in the spirit of maintaining the mutual relationship between Nigeria and India, Ibraheem El-Zakyzaky and Maryam was repatriated to the country and moved to the custody of the DSS.
Ibraheem El-Zakyzaky is facing count charges on murdering, breach of public peace and causing of unrest, treason against the Nigeria government and related charges.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF BEANS
Beans is one of the common foods eaten on the Nigerian soil. While many eat it as beans pottage mixed with palm oil others eat it with rice. Also, it is used for making "Akara" - bean cake, "moin-moin" and the popular Yoruba "Ewa aganyin" delicacy but to mention a few. Additionally, beans is one of the cheapest source of protein (virtually everyone can afford it). It also contains complex carbs and it's as healthy as the vegetables we eat.
Aside from being a major source of protein, beans have other benefit which we may not know of and this is what this write up is set out to do.
From our research with food scientists, it was discovered that beans (is):
1. Low in fat
2. Good for the heart
3. Aids digestion
4. Reduces the risk of cancer
5. Helps in weight management
With the above mentioned benefits, I believe the next time we eat beans we would know that we're not just eating food but rather eating something that is essential for adequate growth and of high necessity to our body.
DID YOU KNOW?
1. Unripe bananas are more healthy than the ripened ones.
2. Bananas contain a lot of sugar but if eaten with protein, the insulin level is normalised
3. Onions are great antioxidants containing anti-allergy, antihistamine properties.
Maximum health benefits are seen in raw or lightly steamed onions.
The irrestible "Ijagun" delicacy: "Ewa Aganyin" and bread
I'm sure a good number of people would agree with me that beans, at times, could be a little dreading and most times, people often try as much as possible to avoid cooking or rather eating it.
This was my perception about beans not until the day a friend of mine took me to a canteen in Ijagun campus (Tai Solarin University of Education) where I ate "Ewa Aganyin" and bread. As I ate the first spoon, I felt like not letting go. The taste was irrestible. It was hmm.."yummy! "
Ewa Aganyin has now become one of my favourite meals and part of the top ten food on my list. For those of you who have not tasted it before I would say, you are really missing out.
Ewa Aganyin is one of the many modified ways of eating and enjoying beans. It is a super delicious twist of the Nigerian beans. Unlike the past years when Ewa Aganyin was seen to only be a food for the less privileged, today, even "tush" youths now eat it with great delight.
Walking on the street of Ijagun, you would not need to search before getting a place to enjoy this great delicacy and there's this funny maxim amongst the students and that is,"eat ewa Aganyin and bread, and your life will never remain the same". Quite funny right? But that's the truth!
Having discovered that beans don't always have to be cooked in the conventional patterns, Ewa Aganyin is in for you to turn to as it is readily available anytime, anywhere.
If you feel like eating Ewa Aganyin and you seem not to know a place to get any, this article has readily sought for an alternative for you where you DIY. Just follow the steps below and you are on your way to making your own tasty Ewa Aganyin.
INGREDIENTS:
Beans (white/black eyed beans)
Salt (to taste)
Ewa Aganyin sauce
Palm oil
Onion
Bell pepper (tatashe)
Habenero pepper (ata rodo)
Tomato (make sure the hebenero and bell pepper are more than the tomatoes)
Ground crayfish (optional)
Seasoning cube
Salt
Method of preparation
The beans
Pick the beans carefully in order to separate the spoilt ones (including stones) from the good ones. Wash and put in a large cooking pot (note that the size of the pot depend on the quantity of beans you're cooking). Add enough water and put it on fire. Then add a little salt and cook till it becomes very soft.
The sauce:
1.Grind the tomatoes, bell pepper and habanero pepper.
2. Boil the ground pepper to evaporate to water so the pepper could get thick.
3. Heat some oil in another pot or preferably a sauce pan. Ensure it is brown but not burnt.
4. Add the thick ground pepper and stir.
5. Add the crayfish, salt and seasoning cubes to taste. Stir well and allow to fry.
6. Your Ewa Aganyin is then ready for serving.

• A child asked his father, "How were people born"? So his father said "Adam and Eve made babies, then their babies became adult and made babies and so on". The child went to his mother and asked the same question and she told him, "We were monkeys then we evolved to become like we are now". This child ran back to his father and said, "You lied to me!". His father replied, "No! your mother was talking about her side of the family"ππππ
• This girl just walked up to me on this long annoying bank queue and asked "what is happening here?" I politely replied we are waiting to collect plantain and palm oil.ππππ

THE ALARMING RATE OF INDECENCY IN THE 20TH CENTURY
THE ALARMING RATE OF INDECENCY IN THE 20TH CENTURY
Indecency is known to have its origin from the entertainment industry which is as a result of impressing audiences, now has its way to every part of the earth, when the masses are really blinded and confused by the site called "celebrities" as they take them as models. Campuses are and used to be the hotbeds of this practice. Maybe because of the perceived freedom enjoyed here, students do whatever they like, including dressing inappropriately, places of worship are no longer sacred places as it is known to be .
Good and educated boys have been arrested alongside hooligans as a result of been fashionable, boys nowadays fix hairs, pierce ears, sagging, wearing tartarred clothes etc, making them look like hardened criminals.
The pride of women lies in the hidden and protected treasure, but when a girl exposes it to the public, it reduces her worth in the sight of everyone in the society and makes the man to lose respect for her. Thus there won’t be anything left for the man to explore. Any man that will come after her will only be doing so out of lust, just to devour what she has displayed for him. Girls sold their womanhood, exposing womanhood parts like the navel, breast, tommy, heap etc. Ladies dress half naked to functions, for instance Nigeria ladies derive pleasure in wearing miniskirts, bumper shorts, armless tops etc. Dressing in a manner that parents, society, and religion frowns at, are vogues termed "civilization".
Indecency has it cause from: Poor parental guidance; Reasonably parents are not to be a part of this problem but nowadays, parents encourage their offspring by buying them these kinds of clothes or recommend them to the children to attend parties, some parents are victims of this promiscuity, as they never act to promote good morals. They believe a child has its right to decide what they wants to be. Peer influence is another cause, when a girl is brought up admist girls with no good morals, the probabilities of been influence by peer pressure is high. Demonic oppression and destruction; is another factor, the devil is using this medium to ruin the legacy of youths. Influence of foreign culture through the internet and other mediums, the European culture which has made its way into African ways of life especially in the aspect of dressing, which makes our dressing to be negatively influenced. Immorality and Conscienceless; some girls dress indecently out of lack of conscience and unawareness that they are bad, they see it as a normal way of dressing because that's the way people around them dress. Most are aware, while some indecent dressers with conscience drag their miniskirts down every minutes, the conscienceless ones will never care.
The effect of this outrageous character on our society cannot be overemphasized; this nonchalant attitude is capable of causing some societal unrest and inbalances. There is a popular saying, “Dress the way you want to be addressed.” The way one dresses determines the way he or she will be addressed. And as such if a person dresses properly and decently, such a person will attract respect and the person’s dignity will be protected. But when one is indecently dressed, he or she will attract disrespect, harassment, scandals and even rape which most of these people daily experience.
Secondly, is moral decadence caused by indecency, it contributed most to the lapses in moral standard of the society.
Enhancement for rituals: Some ladies attract ritualist as they see them as endowed gifts for rituals, due to carelessness and inadequate mode of dressing girls becomes victims of ritual.
Cultism, robbery and prostitution
Poor performance in school and Inability to complete ones studies (Dropout): Some student are carried away by this act, when they do their possible best to dress in order to impress and attract opposite sex rather than doing their best to face their primary assignment on campus, some dropout as a result of low grades, they become victims of malpractices and at the end they are caught and been rusticated by the school management.
Eradicating Indecent dressing is now so hard to correct in our society as common phrases arr used like; “Only God can judge me, you can’t”, “Leave them alone”,“Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion”, “Mind your business", " I don't live my life to please anybody” etc. These phrases have become so common in our society that one can’t condemn any wrong doings again because the rewards are usually curses, malice, hatred and condemnation. However,we must not relent in the task of eradicating the menace. There are various ways in which indecent dressing can be reduced in our society, at least to a minimum level;
Role modelity of parents: Now parents should serve as good model to their wards, and impact good ways of life and the fear of God in them. Promotion of cultural values; cultural values should be promoted by religious institutions and leaders. Enforcement of dress codes in institution; dress codes should be strictly enforced.
For instance at University of Ilorin; the university management really condemn such an act of immorality. As indicated in the school motto; the university only award degrees to only those that are worthy in learning and character. Thus, discipline and modesty serve as the University watchwords. As it is generally presume that forewarned is forearmed, the university authority, during the yuletide break, endeavour to send message to each and every student of the university, specifically to disseminate information to students as to the form of dress codes allowed while on campus. The university strongly believes that proper dressing is an act which is necessary to excel in one's field, and needed in life after graduation. There is fine in form of warnings to ignorant first-time offenders and more stringent disciplinary actions await those that occasionally violate the dressing ethics. inculcation of this by institutions will aid decrease in the rate of indecent dressing. Decency should be promoted by the mass media, the mass media is capacitated to influence its audience, so they should also help to cub this act.
More so, exhibition of good morals should be the motive of the “celebrities” as they can help to reflect good morals of African culture to the world, and that the youths can inculcate good dressing ethics from them. And finally, personal individuals should stand to their feet to correct this err without looking at the consequences, like the great communicator, Toba Opaleye of blessed memory, who has in all capacity stand against this act.
One of the notable values of Africa is its rich cultural background, and as such, there is no time in our history that indecent dressing can be linked to our heritage.Africans are known for their culture and dignity, whereas, the urge for Western culture is not only corrupting us but driving our values to extinction. Also creating social instabilities and imbalances in our society.
Inasmuch as we are entitled to our own opinion, we should try to dress moderately; we should dress to our standard and not to drag our family name to the mud. Dressing decently makes you mature, responsible and loved by all because everyone appreciates good things. And with this indecency will be reduced to the lowest end.
